Privacy and data requests
To ask what we hold, request deletion, or withdraw parental consent for a child's participation in Everyday Counter, choose "Privacy or data request" above and tell us what you need. See the privacy policy for what each product does and does not collect.
Reporting a concern
Everyday Counter groups are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot see inside them. If something in a group needs attention, tell us here and we will act on what you report. Anything involving the safety of a child is handled immediately and, where appropriate, referred to the authorities.
What we do with your message
We receive your name, email, chosen topic, and message, and we use them to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
